Brooklyn Homebrew offers a variety of shipping methods.

  • N.Y.C. & Tristate Area Customers – If ordered by 11am EST via UPS Ground, orders are packed and shipped the same business day and should arrive the next business day, barring any unforseen circumstances (such as weather, items on backorder).
     
  • Flat Rate Shipping is available for $9.99. Items are packed and shipped in 1-2 business days and should arrive in 4-8 business days. N.Y.C. & Tristate Area Customers who place orders by 11am EST will receive their orders on the next business day, barring any unforseen circumstances (such as weather, items on backorder). All orders will ship via UPS Ground. Some items are excluded from Flat Rate Shipping such as glass bottles, glass carboys, bulk grains, some pots, burners and some equipment kits. Items not eligible for Flat Rate Shipping will be indicated with an asterisk(*). If you choose Flat Rate Shipping and have any of the items indicated with an asterisk in your cart, your order will be packed and actual shipping charges will be applied.

 

  • UPS Cost – Charged actual shipping cost per UPS's calculator
  • UPS Services – Tracking information will be emailed when order is processed and shipped.
  • UPS Ground – Orders are packed and shipped in 1-2 business days and arrive in 4-8 business days.
  • UPS Next Day Services – If ordered by 11am EST orders are packed and shipped same business day and arrives the next business day.
  • UPS Two Day Services – If ordered by 11am EST orders are packed and shipped same business day and arrives in 2 business days.
  • UPS Three Day Service - If ordered by 11am EST orders are packed and shipped same business day and arrives in 3 business days.
  • Military Mail – We offer USPS shipping to APO and FPO addresses, domestically. Please place your order by phone at 1-718-832-BREW.

 

  • Local to our Store? – If you wish to pick up your order at our of our local store, please give the location a call at 1-718-369-0776 . Orders will require prepayment. Your order will usually be available for pick up the same day. Please check our operating hours when placing an order and picking up.

 

*Please note that if the order contains items that have a build time, are shipped directly from the manufacturer, or are on backorder, your order may not ship that same day. If any item on your order becomes backordered you will be contacted via phone and/or email.

 *We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Orders to Contiguous lower 48 states delivered in 1 to 6 business days depending on your location. Alaska, Hawaii: Deliveries may take longer. You will have the choice of several shipping options through UPS. APO/FPO: Deliveries to any APO/FPO zip codes that start with any number other than 9 may take up to 21 days. Shipped via USPS only. Please call 718-832-BREW to place your order. 


Expedited Shipment – UPS Next Day, 2, & 3 Day Services are shipped ‘next order out’ if placed by 11am EST. If a product in your order enters backorder status before your order is picked, you will be contacted via phone and/or email.
